Code 2 Live : Part Deux

As promised, here's a link to the screencast that we did with Josh Holmes.  We talked about Sharepoint and Silverlight integration strategies and demonstrated a proof-of-concept we put together, in addition to showing some lighter integration with custom Silverlight webparts.  There's more on this coming soon, and perhaps a recipe or two for building your own Silverlight/Sharepoint applications.

Channel 9 Code To Live

If you have any questions or comments I'd love to hear them, leave me a comment here or fire me an email at "rich DOT weston AT neudesic DOT com".  Incidentally if you're attending MIX this week in Las Vegas, I'll be talking on Thursday morning, here's the panel synopsis:

Real World Design: Working with Silverlight and WPF in the Design Studio, Thursday, March 6 8:30 AM - 9:45 AM, Delfino 4001A

Speaker(s): Beau Ambur (Metaliq), Chip Aubry (Tribal), Chris Bernard (MODERATOR), Nathan Dunlap (Identity Mine), Rich Weston (Neudesic)

Silverlight and WPF represent a new way for designers and developers work together. But what happens in a professional practice that's focused more on employing designers than developers and using Macs versus PCs for much of their daily design work? Join us as we find out how practitioners from companies like Tribal, Projekt202, Metaliq and Identity Mine discuss the learning curves and the workflow that they adapted with their visual designers and rich interactive developers to get up to speed with Expression Studio, XAML and Silverlight. You'll hear the unvarnished truth about the challenges and rewards of how Silverlight is enabling the digital design practice.

You've no idea how freaky it is to see your name in a speaker search on something as high profile as MIX ;)
